While our 16" match-grade barrels come standard inside our complete APEX Series Carbine Conversion Kits, we also offer them as standalone items. These individual barrels are ideal if you need a replacement, want an extra caliber swap option, or are modifying an existing configuration.

When purchasing a standalone 16" barrel, you can customize your muzzle setup by selecting between two distinct styles:

🔩 1. Threaded Configuration

This option features a precision-machined muzzle cut with a standard 1/2" x 28 thread pitch
(for 9mm variations), making it fully ready for aftermarket accessories.

  • What’s Included: Every threaded barrel order ships complete with a custom Muzzle Device (flash hider/breecher combination tool) and a knurled steel Thread Protector
    cap to shield your muzzle crown when accessories are detached.

🛑 2. Unthreaded Configuration

This option features a clean, uniform, non-threaded muzzle profile for shooters who prefer a streamlined look or live in jurisdictions with specific compliance laws regarding threaded handgun components.

  • What’s Included:
    Ships strictly as the 16" unthreaded barrel unit alone. Muzzle accessories and thread caps are not included or compatible with this model.
