Why won't my firearm lock or click into place forward in the chassis?
If your pistol isn't locking securely or clicking into place, follow these troubleshooting checks:
Check Compatibility: First, verify that your exact firearm model and variant are explicitly listed on our compatibility sheet.
Clear Debris: Ensure that the front accessory rail of your firearm frame and the internal chassis locking rail are completely free of carbon, dirt, and debris.
Verify Adapters: For specialized firearm models that do not feature native factory rails, ensure you are utilizing the correct rail adapter and the matching, appropriate beavertail component piece.
💡 Note on Frame Tolerances: Some firearms may require more upward/forward push force than others to lock in.
Since we engineered several firearm models to adapt to a single chassis format, tolerances vary slightly, meaning some models naturally experience a tighter fit than others.
